Before returning items to us, please review the following policies carefully. You can also call our International Customer Service Department, where one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you.
Please be certain you understand them before you place your order and make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.

General Returns


1.    All returns must let us customer support known within 24 hours after you receive the dress, and fill in the Application for refund we provide. We only accept products in their original condition. In particular, make sure to send the correct size dress. After we receive and check, if the size is wrong, we will refuse to repay.
The Full refund here we mean does not involve the cost of shipping and handling for non-costume pieces. For costume pieces however, the costume made fee is excluded.
Please note that if we have no prior knowledge from you, we cannot process any products returned of you. You should If you want to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service via Help Center and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package.
2.    Mis-shipped products: If we send you the mis-shipped item which was not the one you ordered, we will compensate for the item exchange and shipping fee upon our confirmation. Otherwise, as you like, you can also return the product and we will pay you the full refund include the shipping and handling fee.
3.    Color Errors: If you receive the wrong color which was not the one you ordered, we will pay you a full refund. (If the color difference is caused by your display monitor, then this does not apply.)

Canceled Orders

Before wedding dress tailoring, if you want to change the color, size or style, you should inform us within 12 hours from the initial purchase, thus you will have no lose of the product’s price. However, once dress tailored, if we get information from you 12 hours later and 3 days before the initial purchase, you will lose 20% of the merchandise purchase price, as well as the above exchange need from customers. If you have paid an extra emergency fee, principally, the cancelation will be refused; otherwise you have to pay 50% of the merchandise purchase price with no emergency fee back.
We retain the final right to cancel, refund, or refuse of any order. For errors or omissions in pricing, we shall not be held the liable.
All Canceled Orders must be written done in email. Cancellations on Veils and Accessories are NOT acceptable. Shipping, Insurance, and any transaction fees are non-refundable. We will refund 100% of your money on the condition that your order has not been shipped by us. We will try to work with you on canceled orders.

Other Merchandise

Please keep it in mind that Veils, Accessories and all 'In Stock' Items are NOT acceptable.

Refunds

US Dollars are issued for the Refunds. We bear no responsible for the current currency exchange rate.

Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and/or Brokerage Fees

Any additional charges Taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders are not within our refund responsible.
If you want to find out which if any of these may apply, please contact your local government.

Wedding Gowns

As for wedding gowns, we will only accept the ones on new un-touched and non-altered condition. If your order is special plus size gowns or specialty ordered gowns such as hollow to hem gowns, special measurement gowns, in stock gowns, or discontinued gowns, then we are afraid that we cannot accept your returns. Merchandise which is damaged or defective is not acceptable. A written email confirmation must be send to us if you would like to return the gown, what’s more, you must have a return authorization number from us. You will take on any shipping, transaction and insurance fees. Any Free promotional items are not returnable and will be charged full price. This amount will be deducted from the gown refund. Once you receive the return authorization from us, you should get the merchandise back to us within 8 business days. All products must be returned in perfect brand new condition. If the product returned is not in the original condition, then it will not be returnable and you will be bound to the full purchase price. A return authorization number must be marked on any returned packages.

Other Merchandise

Returns or exchanges on Veils, Gloves, Bridesmaid Dresses, Flower girl Dresses, Accessories, Prom dresses, Mother of the Bridal Dresses, Special Occasion Dresses, All Dresses and Gowns that are not Bridal Related or slips are NOT acceptable. In addition, any returns or exchanges of 'In Stock' Items are NOT acceptable either.

Custom-made Clothing

Categories' costumes such as Wedding dresses, Bridesmaid dresses, Mother of the Bridal Dresses, Flower Girl Dresses and Prom Dresses are all included.

Returning for replacement and refund

You should inform us within 24 hours after the delivery received for any returns. Dresses only in their original condition are acceptable, that means the dresses should unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, what’s more the tags should intact and still attached.
1.    Quality Issues:
i.    If the merchandise is found defective as described, we will send you a refund for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees.
ii.    If the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then we will ship the merchandise back to you with no refund.
2.    Size Errors:
Please note that because of the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary about 1" in either direction of specified measurements.
All dresses will have margins for you if you desiring to altering or tailoring. If the size did not fit you in the specification as you ordered, you can choose to make some adjustments at a local tailor instead of the high freight fees.

Cancelling Orders (Before delivery)

1.    Within 48 hours of purchase, all canceled dress orders will be eligible for a full refund.
2.    After 48 hours, all canceled dress orders will be eligible for a 25% partial refund.
